3 amazing benefits of Zinc and its Food Sources



Zinc is also very important for our health. It enhances our smelling power, keeping the body's immune system in mind, works to create enzymes needed for protein and health. Zinc also helps the cells function as a neurotransmitter in cells. Zinc deficiency can lead to problems like diarrhea, impotence, hair fall, eye and skin lesions, loss of appetite, etc. It also stops the development of physical growth.  If a person has a Zinc deficiency, then it is advisable to eat such food in which zinc is in abundance such as non veg, spinach etc. Let’s know about some of the things that are found in zinc.

Chickpeas: Take one cup baked chickpeas. Chickpeas contain essential starch as well as protein, fiber and healthy fats. Chickpeas or grams reduce cholesterol and improve blood sugar. After Boil it and mix well with the leaves of raw vegetables, spinach, beans and salads, fry them lightly and eat.

Cashew: Cashew contains beneficial fat, Vitamin B which is essential in the formation of new cells in the body. Take approx half cup of Cashew nuts make. It makes up 10 percent of the daily iron needs of the body. The best way to eat- cashew nuts can be eaten without even eating it, but by frying it lightly or by putting it on the salad it is more beneficial.

Chicken: Chicken is improving strengthening body muscles; chicken is also a good source of vitamin B6. Chicken is beneficial for brain. Although chicken should also be required to exercise with eating because it has a lot of fat. The way to eat is a curry made chicken salad with gravy is very beneficial.

Apart from these, almond, spinach, oatmeal etc. are also good sources of zinc. Zinc is abundant in watermelon seeds, sesame and garlic.
