Ayurvedic Remedies for Irregular Menstrual Periods at home

Irregular Menstrual Periods mean the periods which are missed, delayed or abnormal bleeding patterns. The lack of imbalance in certain hormones in the body is also the reason of irregular periods. 

The menstrual cycle lasts around 28 days but it can vary from 24 to 35 days, depends on individual. Most women have 11 to 13 menstrual periods every year. The time between periods and the amount of the bloodshed vary, is known as irregular periods.

~ Extreme weight gain

Raw papaya

Green, raw papaya joins the bone fiber in the cervix and keeps the periods regular.  Drink raw papaya juice every day for a few months, it is less pain and anxiety.

Ginger is extremely beneficial to regulate periods and this reduces pain during periods. Grind half a teaspoon ginger and boil in 1 cup water for five minutes. Now add some sugar in it

The mixture of dried mint and honey is a better Ayurvedic remedy to regulate irregular periods.  Mix 1 teaspoon dried mint powder into 1 teaspoon honey.
