Soybean - Soybean is a very good source of protein. Oats bread - Omega 3, fatty acids, folate, and potassium are found in very good quantities in oats. The glycemic index is very low in oat bread. Gluten-free fatty acids are essential in oats, and cholesterol content is very low. Oats bread keeps your stomach full, it makes you feel hungry. So you can consume oats bread in the veggie sandwich.

Good for Heart because brown rice is quite good in fiber, it proves to be very helpful in preventing heart disease and attack. Therefore brown rice is given place in the top 5 ranks in the fiber food list. Also Bones Apart from the above given benefits, brown rice daily, it consumes about 20% of the requirement of magnesium. Young children and adults should also eat Brown Rice so that their bones get the required amount of magnesium. And if your weight grows fast then brown rice can help prevent it. For this, you will have to take 1 bowl of brown rice and eat it daily. If possible, use brown rice instead of white rice.
