Prediabetes is a condition in which the blood sugar is high, but not high enough to be type two diabetes.
The symptoms of Prediabetes are:-
~ Dry mouth
~ Extreme tiredness
~ Blurred vision
~ Frequent urinate
~ Loss of muscle mass
There can be many risk factors in Impaired glucose tolerance, they are:-
~ Dietary patterns
~ Waist size
~ Family history
~ Gestational diabetes
~ Polycystic ovary syndrome
Basil leaves contain antioxidants and other essential ingredients, which make eugenol, methyl eugenol and caryophyllene. All these ingredients are together help insulin depositing and leaving cells to work properly. To reduce the level of diabetes, take two to three basil leaves on an empty stomach daily. You can also take its juice.
Dip a bag of green tea in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Then remove the bag and take a cup of this tea before morning or meal.
Put the fenugreek seeds in a glass of water before sleeping on it. In the morning wake up the empty stomach to drink this water and simultaneously chew the fenugreek seeds. Regularly doing this will make diabetes control.
