Symptoms & Causes & Remedies Of Insomnia Disease


  • Sleep is very essential for the body's health. If you do not sleep, your body will be filled with diseases. Sleep is a very good way to remove the diseases of the body. Insomnia disease affects both the sleep quality and the sleep. This influenced the person who is physically and mentally tired. The center of sleep in the human body is inside the brain. Its job is to sleep on time. And do not have time to do the work of continuing to work on the day of sleep. So energy does not stay and feels tired in the body. Because of this, it will be taken away from sleeping. The lack of sleep makes the self-confident person even like a tired person. Insomnia is a disease of the disease that lasts longer. And the bad effect that falls on your work capacity, life, relationship. All of them have different sleep requirements. But the body should sleep for less than 8 hours in a day.


  • There are many types of symptoms within a person suffering from insomnia. Which  is  low. Let's talk about it.
  1. . Suddenly sleep should be open and the second time when you get upset.2. Headache in regular form.
  2. . Do not feel like doing any work.
  3. . If you want to concentrate, it may be difficult to concentrate on things, lack of concentration or to suffer.
  4. . Feeling less memory.
  5. . Always feel tired and lethargic in the body.
  6. . Restless and To change the graft.
  7. . Pain in the stomach.


  • There are 2 types of insomnia.

     --> Long standing insomnia
      --> short term insomnia

 Insomnia is due to two reasons. One's physical and other mental.

* Alcohol and other narcotics :-  Taking alcohol, caffeine, nicotine and other intoxicants can cause insomnia. Alcohol and other disruption breaks into sleep, and the sleep opens at night. Caffeine sleep reduces the ability of such.

* Work at night  :- If your job is in the night or is in a different time then your body can not sit and you are hesitant to sleep.

* Drug medicines :- How insomnia can be caused by drug assistant drugs. There are caffeine in some drugs such as colds, wounds, coughs.

* Stress :- Stress is a common cause of insomnia. Problems of stress such as prevention of work, anxiety of health, money related, job-picking or matter etc. may have problems.

* Body sickness :- Insomnia is also caused by any disease or illness in the body. Insomnia can be caused even if there is a respiratory disease like asthma. And many diseases such as cancer, heart disease, or allergy can also lead to insomnia.


  • Make a cleavage by crushing the  Withania somnifera and the Rauwolfia serpentina exactly in the amount. Take this with water before sleeping.
  • Take 1 glass of milk every day while sleeping. Sleep better than drinking cardamom or 1 teaspoon basil juice inside the milk.
  • It is extremely necessary to massage the feet from the oil of coconut or Mustard before sleeping.
  • Do not eat oils and spices. That's because health spoils. Use food, fruit, dried fruit and so on.
  • It is better to keep eating as dry fruits as you like. So memory power grows.
