Balanced diet

Maintaining balance in your daily diet is very important after the menopause.  Consume more vegetarian and fiber-rich foods. The less used as a processed or packaged diet is as beneficial for your health.

If you do not exercise after menopause, Your weight is increase.  If you walk at least 30-40 minutes a day or aerobics on a regular basis, your bones, muscles and joints can also have a good effect.

Keep your body in cool place

To control the heat flashes of your body, you can make your room air conditioned, as well as you should use the pure cotton linen cloth to wear in such a situation. You should not use blankets or coarser sheets to remove night sweats.
